A happy and glorious June to you all! If June is as spectacular as May was, we are in for a huge treat! No matter how cold or snowy the past Winter was, this Spring is making up for it.

Outside classes are in full swing. If it rains or the weather is dangerous, we’ll meet at the church. Otherwise, we’re meeting:

Saturday 9-11 at East River Flats Park

Tuesday 6-8 at the t Sahag backyard

Thursday 6-8 at east River Flats Park

Private classes are fluid, ask me about times and availability.

A HUGE thank you from me, Father Neress, and Michelle of St Sahag for the outside clean up and beautification. Thank you Pat, Conor, Jeff, John, Margo, Rondi, Paul I, and a few from the parish.

Monthly Zoom Book Club will be Monday, June 8^th, 630-730. We’ll finish looking at the solo form names, and read the chapters 6 Pushing Hands Song, take a look at the Dalu, and read a few words from Yang Jianhou. Chapter 8 is another list of solo form names, many which will be familiar to you. Let’s go over that as well, if we have time. I’ll send out an invitation.

My next set of video lessons will focus on Bagua Sensitivity, solo Pushing Hands training, and a look at some Double Saber postures and applications.

Monthly Pushing Hands class will be Monday, June 22^nd, 630-730, and continue through the Summer. Starting in June, I’m going to go over five Pushing Hands Methods, and techniques you can use for attacks and defense within each method. I’ll send out an invite closer to the day.
