In house retreat Saturday March18th 9-2

Khalwat= solitude, retreat

Saturday is our one day in house retreat. Staring at 900AM, we will go over the schedule, then move into warm-ups and breath work. Our first session will be on Gems and the Chakra:

Stones and crystals, also known as gemstones, have been used for healing purposes for thousands of years. Their vibrational properties vary widely, and each plays a unique role in helping to clear and balance the human energy field. The energy of a specific crystal and your energetic needs, be they physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, are important aspects  to consider when choosing gemstones for healing.
