Fall is here and it feels good to be back at regular classes. Our schedule remains in place until next year.
I am off to Delaware the beginning of October for a four day seminar and retreat. I'll give you an update when I get back.
Lindsay Forsythe, the dancer and teacher who shares our space, has two Contemplative Movement classes, Tuesday and Thursdays 10-11AM. Featuring meditation, contemplation, authentic movement, and sharing. This class would be a great addition to your Tai-Chi practice.
