"Rule number one is, don't sweat the small stuff. Rule number two is, it's all small stuff."
-Robert Eliot
Spring is in the air. So is lots of ch'i! Breathe deeply when you can, especially when out in the fresh Minnesota air!
Our schedule stays the same until May. I've had a few requests for classes, one being an applications class. I'm looking at Wednesdays at 600PM. Questions? Concerns?
We have some sword graduates, Eric Johnson and Eric Nordberg- CONGRATS! I've been asked where to get swords, so here are three ideas:
-MN Karate Supply. Talk to Kerry and see what he has in stock or what he can order. http://www.mnkaratesupply.com/
-Arms and Armor. The guys at A and A replicated my 1880 Tai-Chi Sword.  https://www.arms-n-armor.com/collections/single-handed-swords/products/jian-long
-Kerry and I are awaiting swords from what could be the old suppliers of Kris Cutlery. As soon as my sword arrives, I'll give you an update and review!
Thank you for all the photos and videos from Chinese New Year! I'm writing the blog right after this! Thank you to Michael, Jane, Diane, and Jenny. If I missed you, thank you the MOST!
Book suggestion- You Are The Placebo by Joe Dispenza https://www.amazon.com/gp/cart/view.html?ref_=nav_cart

Thank you my friends!
